Start: Kielder Dam
Kielder Water & Forest Park will provide the setting for the start of the Stage 2 of the Northumberland stage of the Tour of Britain- starting on Kielder Dam, an iconic location in the west of the county.
The weekend of Sat 2 & Sun 3 Sept will see Kielder Fest at Kielder Waterside, culminating in the Grand Depart of the riders on the start of their epic race through Northumberland. Click here for more information.

Park up at Leaplish, jump on the free shuttle bus and experience the atmosphere at the start as the riders line up on the dam to prepare for the start of the race at 10:15. See map below for details.
